In response to the current world-wide contingency and the development of Covid-19 pandemic, we continue monitoring the latest Covid-19 updates to follow and adapt with recommendations on how to navigate with utmost safety and everyone's safety health and well being.
As we navigate through this pandemic, looking forward to better days, we continue to learn and adapt to this "new normal" making this transition as easy and comfortable for everyone.
We are continuously monitoring and following changes and recommendations and guidelines of the local governments and the local health authorities, to continue working towards providing the best service possible while safeguarding the safety of our guest and staff, within the requirements issued by local authorities.
When arriving to the hotel, guests will have their temperature checked, and asked to use antibacterial gel, and walk through a sanitizing floor mat. Face masks must be worn at all times in all public areas of the hotel. If a guest is not wearing one we will provide one.
A strict sanitizing and cleaning protocol has been enforced throughout our property, all suites are disinfected prior to guest's arrivals, and will be cleaned during their stay as required and as requested.
In compliance with requirements by local governments and health authorities, practicing social distancing is advised in all public and common areas of the hotel, asking guests keep a distance of at least 1.5 Meters from individuals or groups they are not traveling with.
Our staff's health and wellbeing is closely monitored, making sure to not only follow our health protocols with temperature checks and constantly sanitizing themselves. But also, keeping us informed of any possible symptoms.
TASTING EXPERIENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Tastings must be booked at least 2 days prior the visit.
-2 adults minimum reservation.
-Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date are non-refundable.
-Private tours are minimum 6 people, maximum 10.
-Tastings from 2 to 5 people will not be private tastings and might join with other groups.
-All tasting tours include round trip transportation from downtown Oaxaca city to Casa Silencio. If the transportation is not required the price will be the same.
-Sunset dinner is optional. Nevertheless, the price will be the same.
-Departure time from Oaxaca is not changeable.
-Departure time to Oaxaca city is not changeable.
-Tasting tours are available for adults only (18+)
-Cancellations are not refundable.

Cancellation policy
If the reservation is canceled 10+ days prior arrival date, 90% of the total payment of the stay will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled 7 days prior arrival date, 50% of the total payment of the stay will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled -7 days prior arrival date the reservation won't be refunded.
Reservations canceled at the property are not refundable.

Refunds: Due to the nature of our Tacomakase dinner experience, which involves sourcing fresh ingredients for each occasion and preparing customized meals tailored to the food allergies and dietary restrictions of our guests, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds once a reservation is confirmed. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest standards of quality and cater to the individual needs of our valued guests.
Fresh Ingredients: Our commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience means that all ingredients used in our Tacomakase dinners are sourced fresh from local farmers' markets. We do not use any frozen or processed ingredients in our preparations, ensuring that each dish is of the highest quality and flavor.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: We take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Our chefs meticulously prepare each meal with careful consideration for the specific requirements of our guests. Prior to attending the Tacomakase dinner, guests are encouraged to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate them accordingly.
