MEZCAL EXPERIENCE BOOKING
$7,000 MXN Pesos Per Person
You will be picked up in downtown Oaxaca at 3pm for a 1 hour drive to Casa Silencio. There you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail. Then a guided tour will take you to see the ovens, tahona wheel, fermentation and distillation areas. Then it's time for Mezcal tasting in the tasting room. This guided tasting will include 5 bites created by Rodolfo Castellanos that are paired with the mezcal. Following the tasting is the Sunset 5-Course Dinner by Chef Daniel Robles at the stone table. Then head outside for cocktails by the bonfire. This is when you will be allowed special access to the gift shop. At 8pm your transportation is ready to take you back to downtown Oaxaca city.
